This program is part of a comprehensive strategy to reduce poverty, enhance resilience, and promote gender equality, in response to challenges exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic, economic crises, and climate issues. It aims to support governments in establishing robust social protection systems and active labor market policies, thereby fostering the inclusion and empowerment of the most vulnerable populations. KEY AREAS OF INTERVENTION The program’s main lines of intervention are structured around the following priorities: Strengthen systems by expanding safety nets, improving digitalization, and integrating efforts into national policies. Social protection systems Create and refine programs and partnerships that offer training, support entrepreneurship, and create decent jobs.
